The key is keeping you out of the Government's Crosshairs. Our Compliance/Maintenance Program does just that.

  Plan One: Individual Taxpayer (No Corp/No Bookkeeping):

  • Prepare/e-File Individual Tax Return (Including One State)
  • Process any Monthly IRS Installment Plan Payments (If applicable)
  • Process your Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments (If applicable)
  • Pull & Review your IRS and State Tax Transcripts quarterly to assure all returns and payments are properly posted and reflected.
  • Fee: $125 Billed Monthly


Plan Two: Individual and Corporate Taxpayer (No Bookkeeping):

  • All Services in Plan One above plus:
  • Prepare/e-File Corporate Tax Preparation
  • Pull & Review your Corporate IRS & State Tax Transcripts quarterly to assure all returns and payments are properly posted and reflected.
  • Fee: $195 Billed Monthly


Plan Three: Individual and Corporate Taxpayer plus Monthly Bookkeping

  • All Services in Plan One & Plan 2 above plus:
  • Monthly Bookkeeping using QuickBooks online
  • Quarterly Financial Statements
  • Fee: $490 Billed Monthly
